1. Grooming Risks & Understanding
I understand that grooming equipment, including clippers, shears, and dryers, may cause injury if my pet moves suddenly or has a condition not disclosed at the time of service. I acknowledge that pets with matted coats, sensitive skin, or behavioral concerns may be at increased risk of nicks, cuts, or irritation.
2. Matted Coat Policy
I understand that if my pet’s coat is severely matted, it may require shaving or significant coat removal for humane and safe grooming. I acknowledge that matting can conceal health issues such as skin irritation, infection, parasites, or injury. I will not hold the groomer responsible for pre-existing conditions uncovered during grooming.
3. Senior, Anxious, or Medically Fragile Pets
I confirm that I have informed the groomer of any medical conditions, age-related issues, behavioral concerns, or special handling requirements. I acknowledge that older pets and those with medical conditions are groomed at my own risk. In the event my pet becomes too stressed or shows signs of health concerns during grooming, the session may be paused or stopped for the animal’s safety.
4. Flea/Tick Policy
If fleas or ticks are discovered on my pet during grooming, I authorize the groomer to administer a flea bath or tick removal at additional cost. I understand that a heavily infested pet may be declined for grooming and referred to a veterinarian.
5. Emergency Medical Authorisation
In the event of an emergency or health incident during grooming, I authorize the groomer to seek veterinary care for my pet. I agree to be responsible for any associated veterinary fees and understand that efforts will be made to contact me before care is administered.
7. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
I acknowledge that missed appointments or late arrivals may be subject to a cancellation fee. If I am more than 15 minutes late, my appointment may be rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
9. Release of Liability
By signing this form, I release and its staff from all liability, claims, damages, or demands that may arise from the grooming of my pet, including but not limited to injury, illness, stress, or accidental death, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

Yes! When your clients go to book they will then be taken automatically to the terms and conditions page to sign and acknowledge.
YES! there is only one calendar to book on and you can select the groomer you wish or just choose 'any available'. Inside your system each groomer will have access to their own calendar and appointments.
